VISCOSTAR - The Robust Gear Pump
Multifunctional use thanks to an excellent suction capability, steady flow rate against high pressure, and a very good capacity output. Choose from seven different sizes.
The most important data on the new monoblock gear pump series:
- The motor of the new monoblock gear pumps provides 1450 rpm
- These pumps are convenient for viscosities of max. 350 mm2/sec
- Each pump is suitable up to a pressure of 10 bar
Different uses:
- Fluids of low to high viscosity, free of particles
- Lubricating fluids
- Light to heavy oil, e.g. emulsions, diesel, lubricating, thermal, hydraulic or vegetable oil
Material
To ensure a high durability the pump housing and lid are made of cast iron EN-GJL-250, and the shafts and gears are made of hardened steel.
Optionally the pumps can be ordered with:
- Single-phase motor 230 V
- Special shaft seals for temperature resistance up to 240 °C
- Bypass
