HART-COAT® is an electrolytical treatment of aluminium materials
by an external source of current that produces a protective aluminium
oxide coating. Thus economic aluminium material with HART-COAT® can
be substituted for expensive corrosion resistant steel.
Benefits of HC coating:
- more surface hardness and abrasion resistance
- improved gliding qualities, pump starts working more easily
- excellent corrosion resistance against acid liquids up to pH 2
Applications:
- Water, also contaminated water and sea water without suspended solids
- Diesel, biodiesel
- Oils: heating oil, engine oil, hydraulic oil, vegetable oil
- Detergents
- Antifreeze
- Filling and draining solar systems
- Pesticides
