More than 60 years continuity and success

1946, after the end of world war II, Herta and Erich Zumpe opened a business called Zumpe Waren (goods) and this is where our company's name ZUWA comes from. In the beginning they sold on the doorstep everything that was needed after the war, for example bicycles, hoses, nails etc.

Pumps and sprayers built in own manufacturing

As the region of Laufen was an agriculturally structured area, there was a great demand for pumps and sprayers. The prospering business successfully focused on these products. Until today we produce many of our pumps and sprayers in our own fabrication.

Family-owned business

Until the end of the nineties the company was managed by Herta Zumpe. After her death 1999 the business was transferred to her niece Petra Wimmer with her husband Helmut, today managing directors.

Today ZUWA employs a team of 27 people and delivers products to customers Europe-wide
